2.SALT- 2 TSP. OR TO TASTE
3. PINCH OF BLACK PEPPER
4. THREE EGGS
5.ONE LARGE ONION DICED
6. OIL FOR FRYING
7. FARINA -3 TBS.B
8. WATER TO BOIL- SHOULD NOT BE ENOUGH TO COVER NOODLES

BOIL WATER AND ADD NOODLES, COOK FOR 6 MIN. STIR IN FARINA AND LET COOK FOR ANOTHER 5 MIN. CLOSE FIRE AND LET STAND. MEANWHILE FRY THE ONION TILL LIGHT BROWN AND ADD TO NOODLES. WHEN NOODLES COOL OFF ADD THE EGGS, SALT & PEPPER. MIX WELL AND POUR INTO 9" BY 13' PAN OR LARGE CASSEROLE DISH, BAKE AT 350º FOR 1/2 HR OR UNTIL LIGHT BROWN CRUST FORMS ON TOP(UNCOVERED).
