Ingredients:  
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 in (or larger) pan. Spread pecans and coconut on bottom of pan. Mix cake as directed on box. Spread cake batter over nuts and coconut. Melt together (or soften) cream cheese and margarine, then add box of confectioners sugar. Pour mixture over cake batter. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 mins. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
