Cake:
1&1/3 c. sugar 2 c flour (self-rising)
2 sticks of butter 3&1/4 c milk
5 eggs Vanilla

Frosting:
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa
1/2 c milk
bring to a full boil. Boil for 1 minute. remove from heat
add 1 stick butter, 1 Tbsp of vanilla and beat until spreading
consistancy

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat well
Spoon about 3 heaping tablespoons of batter in
each pan. Bake @ 325 degrees until brown

Frosting Directions:

add 1 stick butter, 1 Tbsp of vanilla and beat until spreading
consistancy

Quick Method:
shorter version, buy 1 box of Pillsbury butter cake mix. follow
directions on the box and frost with chocolate frosting.
