6 ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl, mash bananas until smooth, add sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add both sets of ingredients together. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes.
