Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 oz chocolate drops
3 T water
5 eggs
4 oz soft brown sugar
pinch salt
1 small Rich's whip

Directions:
Directions:
Melt in a pan the chocolate drops and the water. Set aside. Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with the soft brown sugar and fold the chocolate into it.
In another bowl whisk the whites with a pinch of salt. Fold 1/3 of the whites into the chocolate mixture, then the next 1/3 and then the next.
Take a baking tray and cut some greaseproof paper a bit bigger than the tray. Wipe a very small amount of oil on the paper. Pour the cake onto it and bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Cover it with another piece of greaseproof paper and a damp cloth on that. When it's totally cool flip the tray over onto the greaseproof paper which was on top of the cake. Carefully remove the paper now on top (which was originally the bottom paper).
Whip up the whip. Spread the whipped whip onto the cake leaving 1 inch all around. Gently roll up the paper pulling the cake with it. Enjoy :)

Personal Notes:
This sounds a lot more complicated than it actually is ... it's a great dessert which can be made in advance and it's great for Pesach!!
