1 whole Chicken in 1/8
3 Big T Apricot Jam
3 Big T Lite Mayonnaise
1 Packet Osem Onion Soup Mix
1/2 Cup Water
2 sliced onions

Directions:
clean the chicken, mix all the ingredients besides the water and spread over the chicken. Pour the water on top. Cover with silver foil and bake for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake a further 15 minutes.
