1 lb scallops
8 Tbsp butter
3 tsp dry mustard
dash of pepper
1 cup bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter small baking dish. Cream butter, mustard and pepper. Rinse and pat dry scallops. Put in baking dish. Dot with creamed butter and cover with bread crumbs.

Bake 375º for 20 minutes.
