8 oz spaghetti
14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
14 oz. can diced tomatoes with chilies, drained
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
12 oz. pre-cooked shrimp
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning (oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, rosemary and sage)
salt & pepper

Cook spaghetti in salted water until almost done. While pasta is cooking chop garlic and put in large pan with a little olive oil and heat 1 min. to release oils, Pour in drained tomatoes, and tomato with chilies and sprinkle Italian seasoning over top and stir in. Let cook for 3 to 4 min. While cooking, drain pasta and pour small amount of olive oil over pasta to keep from sticking. Put shrimp into pan and stir to heat 2 to 3 mins. When all is heated through,put pasta into pan and stir together .Add a splash of olive oil to pan if pasta is sticking.

This is easy meal to fix for dinner. You can vary amount of garlic to taste. If you like more tomatoes add extra can diced tomatoes. Is also easy to double up to make larger for extra people.
