1.ONE PACKAGE OF FLOUNDER FILLETS -DEFROSTED
2. ONE EGG
3. FLOUR FOR DIPPING
4. SALT TO TASTE
5. GARLIC POWDER
6. ONE GREEN PEPPER CUT INTO STRIPS
7.FRESH GARLIC - APPROX.5 PIECES
8. FRESH PARSLEY (OPTIONAL BUT GOOD)
9. OIL FOR FRYING
10. MAYONAISE - APPROX. 3 TBS.
11. LEMON - CAN BE EITHER JUICE OF TWO FRESH OR 3 TBS. OF BOTTLE JUICE
12. WATER FOR COOKING

1. YOU WILL NEED 1 FRYING PAN AND ONE SAUCE PAN
2. IN SAUCE PAN PREPARE WATER-1/4 OF POT, LEMON JUICE, SALT AND GARLIC TO TASTE, GARLIC PIECES, PARSLEY AND GREEN PEPPER AND LET COOK TILL PEPPER IS SLIGHTLY SOFT AND THEN ADD MAYONNAISE - PUT ASIDE.
3. DIP FISH IN FLOUR AND SALT TO TASTE
4. FRY FISH ON EACH TILL SLIGHTLY BROWN AND PUT IN SAUCE PAN.
5. SIMMER FOR 1/2 HR AND ADD REST OF EGG INTO MIXTURE.
6. REFRIGERATE AND SERVE COLD.
