Directions:1. PLACE INGRED. INTO THE BOWL OF LARGE ELECTRIC MIXER (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER, JUST ALTERNATE THE FLOUR AND WATER TO FACILITATE EASIER MIXING). MIX ON MEDIUM HIGH FOR 6-7 MIN. 2. GREASE A LARGE BOWL WITH OIL AND PLACE DOUGH INTO IT AND COVER WITH LARGE GARBAGE BAG OR JUST PUT DOUGH INTO A LARGE GARBAGE BAG & CLOSE. LET DOUGH RISE FOR 1 HR. 3. TAKE CHALLAH, FORM DOUGH INTO DESIRED SHAPES, AND LET RISE FOR ANOTHER 45 MIN.-1 HR. 4. PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 º F. BRUSH WITH EGG WASH. BAKE FOR 45-55 MIN. FOR ABOUT 40 MIN.
