Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
White onions, thinly sliced
Feta cheese
Greek olives
Leafy green lettuce (of choice)
1 cup oil (or to taste)
1/4 cup vinegar (or to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Assemble vegetables, cheese and olives over greens which have been torn into bite-sized pieces. Amount of ingredients varies according to number of servings needed. Mix oil and vinegar, pour lightly over salad, add salt and pepper to taste.
