Muffin:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Topping:
3 tbsp. white sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Line muffin tin with 12 paper muffin liners.
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, slat and chocolate chips. Add egg, milk and oil; stir just until batter is moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
4. In a small bowl, stir together 3 tbsp. white sugar and 2 tbsp. brown sugar. Sprinkle sugar mixture over muffins.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 18 - 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove immediately from pan.
