3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 small. can fruit cocktail

Icing

1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for cake, pour into a greased & floured 9x 13 sheet pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hr.
Icing
Mix sugar,milk, butter, and cook for 5 min.,add nuts and coconut.then spread on cake.
