Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-1/2 to 3 c. drained canned cherries
1/3 c. juice
2-1/2 tbsp quick Tapioca
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, tapioca and cherries and juice; let stand while making crust. Pour into prepared crust. Make slits in top crust so that steam can escape. Brush top crust with about 1-1/2 tsps of milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 350 to 375 degrees for 1 hour. My oven temperature is not too hot so I bake 375 degrees. Just watch to make sure crust doesn’t burn on top and edges.
