1 whole chicken cut up to equal 8 pieces.

3 Tbls soy sauce
1 Tbls dark brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teas. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Place the chicken skin side up in baking dish.
Cover the chicken with the sauce and bake, basting off and on, for approx 1 hour.

When we were kids, this was one of the first meals we learned to prepare. It was typicaly served with brown rice and lima beans.
