4 Palomino steaks
eggs (beaten)
bread crumbs
2 cups parmesan cheese (separated)
15 oz tomato puree
45 oz tomato sauce
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp basil
2 tbsp parsley
2 tbsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten steaks - dip in egg and bread crumbs. Brown in oil.

Make sauce: Add puree/sauce and all seasonings.

In a 9 x 12 pan, add sauce, sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese, place steaks in pan and add more sauce, cheese.

Bake in 325º oven for 1 1/2 hours. Best served with yellow rice.
