2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts (chopped)
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites til foamy, gradually add sugar and beat til stiff. Stir in rest of ingredients.

Drop on silver foil and place in pre-heated 350º oven. Turn off oven and seal with tape. Collect cookies in the morning.

We've all enjoyed these cookies - probably sent a few of us to the dentist sooner - hehe. In the south, we like to split the chocolate chips with butterscotch chips. Try it yourself and get an extra bonus!!
