Chicken breasts and thighs
1/4-1/2 c. cheap Italian dressing
1/4 c. lime juice
Splash of balsamic vinegar
1 heaping t. Dijon Mustard or other savory mustard
2 heaping t. of roasted garlic (in Schnucks with olive oil) OR 6 good-sized cloves of garlic (crushed)

Directions:
Whisk into a uniform emulsion the above ingredients except the chicken, into a uniform emulsion, then slowly pour extra virgin olive oil until the surface of the container is just covered. Whisk again. Wash chicken, remove extra fat and dry with a towel. Add to marinade insuring that each piece is well covered. Cover container and turn upside down several times to be extra sure that all pieces are covered. Let sit for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Cook carefully on grill, turning frequently so as not to char the meat. Thick piece can take 12-15 minutes. Thinner pieces will take less time.
