3c.jalapenos no seeds chopped very fine
1/2c.apple cider vinegar
3/4c.apple juice
6c.sugar
1/2tsp. salt
1envelop Sure jell
1tsp. margarine
green food coloring (as you desire)

Follow the directions on the sure-jell package. I put this in 8oz. jelly jars.

Serve over cream cheese with crackers. I have used this on browned pork chops and bake in the oven.
