CRUST:
3/4 C. ground almonds
3/4 C. quick oats
3/4 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. & 2 Tbs. butter

CHEESECAKE:
4 8-ou. cream cheese
1 1/4 C. sugar
6 large eggs
1 16-ou. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
8-ou. melted white chocolate

Directions:
To make crust, mix all indredients, press in pie pan, bake and cool. To make filling, beat all ingredients together, add melted chocolate, stir and pour into crust; bake at 300º oven for 1 1/2 hours, turn oven off; leave cheesecake in for 30 more minutes with door closed.
