3 or 4 large chicken boneless breasts
1 c. diced celery
1 c. grapes, halved
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Bake or grill chicken breast. Allow chicken to cool then cut into bite size pieces. Put diced chicken into a bowl and add celery, grapes, walnuts, salt, pepper and as much mayonnaise as you need to reach the desired consistancy. Chill and serve on a croissant or wheat bread.
