1/2 lb. caramel loaf
1 c. pecans,chopped
1/2 lb. chocolate coating disc
Directions:
Directions:
Warm caramel 30-45 seconds in microwave. Stir in pecans. Drop small spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet or parchment paper (will stick to wax paper). Let set up at room temperature. Melt chocolate coating disc. Dip caramel mixture in chocolate. Place on parchment paper or wax paper. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Makes approximately 24 turtles. Store in sealed container.
