1/2 cup crisco
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup water
Bring the above mixture to a boil and pour over dry mixture below and stir well.
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt

Then add:
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Bake in greased jelly roll (10x15) pan approximately 20 minutes at 375° or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Icing:
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp cocoa
6 Tbsp milk
Melt and nearly bring to a boil. Pour over 1 box powdered sugar, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup pecans. Put on cake while still warm.
