2 tablespoons soft butter
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup flour1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
40 green stuffed olives (jalapeno peppers may be substituted for the olives)






















Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese together. Mix flour and pepper and add to the butter/cheese mixture. Mix well. Divide dough into small balls to wrap around each olive, enclosing it. Place on baking sheet lined with wax paper. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes.
