Ingredients:  
1-2 lbs of carrots
1 cup celery
1/2 cup green peppers
1/4 cup onion
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 Tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender but not mushy. Drain and cool. Chop together celery, green pepper and onion. Add to carrots. Mix together the soup, sugar, oil and dry mustard then pour over carrots.

These will last for a long time in the refrigerator.
