3 cups sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pecan pieces
1/2 C flour
1/2 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all potato ingrediens together and put in casserole dish; mix all topping ingredients together and spread on top of potatoes; bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
I usually use fresh sweet potatoes that I've boiled first, but canned sweet potatoes is also good. You may not need this much sugar.
