8 Tbs salted butter
1/3 C. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 Tbs. heavy cream
4 bananas peeled and sliced diagonally 1/4 inch thick

Directions:
Put butter, sugar and vanilla in saute pan and cook until dissolved; stir in cream; add bananas and remove from heat; serve over vanilla icre cream
