1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
1 8 ou. cream cheese, softened
1/2 onion chopped fine
2 cloves garlic juiced
1/2 stick butter
cayenne
La. hot sauce
salt and pepper
little cream if needed to thin out

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter just a few minutes; squeeze garlic, add cream cheese and seasonings; stir until melted and hot; gently fold in crabmeat; serve hot with toast points or crackers.
