5 cups diced potatoes
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
5 cups water
1/2 cup flour
2 cups evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce or Mexi Fest velletta
Fresh parsley or celery leaves
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, onions, and celery in water until cooked through (potatoes will be almost mushy).

In separate pan, blend the flour and evaporated milk. Stir slowly until the milk and flour are incorporated, then stir into pot with potatoes. Stir until well blended.

Add parsley or celery, salt to taste, and Worcestershire or Mexi Fest velletta.
