1 lb ground beef
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
1 2/3 oz can mushroom
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat, milk, bread crumbs garlic, salt in pie plate. Mix thoroughly with fork and pat mixture evenly on the bottom and side up over the rim, press firmly into place spread ketchup over mixture. Drain mushrooms put on top then put the cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top sprinkle with the oregano. Bake at 375º for 25 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown.
