1 - 8 pound lobster – cooked, shelled and passed through blender include tamale
1 pound scallops cut up in 1/4” pieces
28 pounds fresh cod fillets
2 pounds butter
4 cups flour
4 cans Campbell’s cream of shrimp soup
Cream, salt and pepper to taste
Paprika and fresh parsley for garnish
Chopped mushrooms (optional)

Melt butter, add flour and cook 5 minutes. Add shrimp soup, blended lobster, scallops (mushrooms if desired) and cream. Batter will be thick. Dip cod fillets in batter and roll it. Place in a buttered baking pan. Bake at 450 for 15 – 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
