4 oz. Whipped Topping
10 oz. Apple pie filling
1/3 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon soft Butter or Margarine
2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon
2-1/2 Cups Bisquick

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Grease an 8" round or an 8"x8" square pan. Combine Whipped Topping, Apple Pie Filling, Brown Sugar, Egg, Margarine, and Cinnamon in a food processor on pulse 10-15 times. Do not over process. In a large bowl, add the mixture to the Bisquick. Stir gently (20-25 strokes) until moistened.The mixture will be lumpy. Spread into pan. Top with crumb topping.
Crumb Topping: 3 Tbsp. cold Butter, 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar, 2 Tbsp. Sugar, 1/2 Cup Bisquick, 1 tsp. apple spice or Cinnamon, 1/3 cup Oatmeal. Mix well until crumbly. Bake for 3-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Icing: 1 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1 Tbsp. Cream or Half & Half, 1/2 tsp. Vanilla. Mix all ingredients together. Icing should be thin. Swirl on warm coffee cakes.
