5 or 6 ribs ( stalks ) celery
1/2 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. syrup ( maple or other )
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 cups of dried cranberries, blueberries or raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ends from the celery. Combine peanut butter, syrup,and cayenne and stir to blend. Stuff the peanut butter mixture into the celery pieces. Press the berries or raisins into the peanut butter. To serve as finger food, cut the celery pieces into bite size ( your choice ) pieces and serve.
