1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs well beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. crushed pineapple- drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Roll wafers fine and place half in 8x8 pan. Cream sugar with butter and eggs. Spread over wafers in pan.Whip cream, add pineapple and nuts. Place on top and spread with remaining crumbs.
Chill several hours

This is an old recipe of Mother's. It is delicious,but it is made with raw eggs.I use to make it for special parties when you still used raw eggs
