2 C flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C olive oil
1/2C water
Sea Salt or other seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º. Put flour and salt into a food processor or mixer. Mix. Add olive oil and water, mix until it forms into a ball and is no longer sticky. Divide into 12 balls. Roll each ball out until it's so thin you can see through it. If holes start forming you know you're thin enough. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt or other desired seasonings. Bake 3-5 minutes on one side, flip if needed and bake another 2-4 minutes until lightly brown. Watch carefully!
