1 c. peanut butter
½ c. butter
1 c graham cracker crumbs
2 c icing sugar
1/3 c. chopped walnuts

ICING:
1 c. semi-sweet choc. chips
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt peanut butter and butter together in saucepan slowly till smooth. Add crumbs, sugar and nuts all at once. Stir until well blended. Press into 9x9 pan.

Melt choc chips and butter together stirring to blend. Spread over peanut butter layer. Let cool at room temperature till firm. Cut into pieces and then refrigerate.
