1 lb sausage
2 c (8 oz) shredded mozzarella
4 eggs beaten
3/4 c milk
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
8 oz can refrigerator crescent dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, crumble and brown the sausage. Drain. Line the bottom of a buttered 13x9x2 baking dish with the crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Sprinkle the sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well, and pour over the sausage. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes or until it has set. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into squares and serve immediately.
