8 oz. cream cheese;
8 oz. Cheddar cheese;
1 Tbsp. pimento;
1 Tbsp. chopped onion;
1 Tbsp. bell pepper;
1 dash hot sauce
Chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Grate Cheddar cheese and mix with cream cheese. Add grated pimento, bell pepper and rest of ingredients. Form in a ball and roll in chopped nuts.
