3 eggs (separated)
3/4 cup lime juice
6 Tbsp sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 pastry shell

Directions:
Cook pastry shell as indicated. Mix egg yolks, lime juice and milk and pour into pastry. Mix egg whites and sugar in separate bowl and beat into meringue. Cover key lime mixture with meringue.

Bake 425 º for 5 to 7 minutes. Chill.
