Melt over Low heat:
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
1 can eagle brand milk
3 T. margarine
Add 3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 t. vanilla
Set Aside

Directions:

mix together :
1 t. vanilla 1 c. margarine
2 c. brown sugar 2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour 1 t. soda
1 t. salt 3 c. quick oatmeal
1/4 c. chopped nuts
Spread 2/3 onto bottom of jelly roll pan
Spread chocolate mixture on top, Sprinkle remaining dough on top.Bake 20 minutes at 350.
