4 Strips of bacon-fried crisp,chop 1 onion and fry in grease till tender. Add frozen corn 3 or 4 med zucchini. 3 medium tomatoes, 11/2 t. cumin. cook real low.

Cheri Nebel, who was a fabulous cook made this every year wehn there were too many zucchini and had a luncheon for us all to enjoy, even in her hot little house it was delicious. This recipe was in Cheri's writing , so I don't think she really used much of a recipe. .
