1 lb. ground sausage
1 peg. crescent rolls
1 c. hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 TSR. salt
1/4 TSR. pepper
2 Tabs. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until brown and crumble; drain and set aside. Separate rolls and place on oiled pizza pan; press together. Spoon meat on crust. Add hash browns, then Cheddar. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper; pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375º for 25 to 30 minutes; let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Note: To egg mix, you can add onions, sage, and parsley. You can substitute pizza dough for the rolls.
