Substitute egg whites or beaters for whole egg to decrease fat and cholesterol in recipe.

2 medium eggs, whole, raw
2 egg whites
3 tbsp cheese, cheddar, low fat
2 tbsp chopped onions, raw
2 and1/2 tbsp flour, whole wheat
4 tbsp milk, 1%
3/4 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray 4 (1/2 cup) ramekins or mugs with cooking spray set on baking sheet.
Whisk egg or substitute whites, cheese, baking powder and flour.
Pour mixture evenly among ramekins or mugs and bake (15-17 minutes) until tops puff and eggs that are pierced with knife tip are no longer runny. Serve immediately.
