1/2 cup oats, rolled, dry
1 1/2 tablespoon corn oil
1/4 cup flour, white
1/2 cup flour, whole wheat, pastry
1/4 cup buckwheat flour, whole-wheat or whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tablespoon light agave nectar
2 egg whites
1 cup buttermilk, fluid, nonfat
1 cup blueberries, fresh

(Banana can be substituted for blueberries)
Heat waffle iron on medium low.
Mix flours, oats, baking powder, baking soda (dry ingredients) in medium size bowl. Combine egg whites, agave, and buttermilk (wet ingredients) and mix well.
Mash blueberries in a separate bowl, set aside. Mix all ingredients and stir apr. 20 strokes, add blueberries to continue.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto waffle iron.
