8-10 potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
Paprika and butter for top
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes and let them cool a bit. Then beat in sour cream and cream cheese. Add onion salt and garlic salt and beat well.

Put in a buttered casserole dish, dot with butter and sprinkle paprika on top.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. Cover it and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Then return it to the oven to bake for another 25 minutes at 350º.
