2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. dark syrup
2/3 c. milk

Directions:
Cook to 232ºF or soft ball stage. Add one tsp. vanilla and 2 Tbsp butter. Cool until 110ºF or until you can hold your hand under the pan. Beat until consistency to spread and has lost its shine.
