1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. cold coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cocoa until smooth; add coffee and vanilla. Gradually add sugar and cream or evaporated milk to make a soft filling of proper consistency to spread. This makes enough to go between layers, and ice the top and sides for the four layer cake.
