Use with any white or yellow cake recipe.

Grind together:
1 large coconut
2 cups walnuts
1 box seeded raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Boil coconut milk, 2 cups sugar until a thick syrup; add the ground ingredients with the juice from 1 lemon and 1 orange with the grated rind of 1/2 lemon and 1/2 orange and a generous lump of butter. Simmer, but do not boil, until thickened. Cool, spread between the layers of any good white or yellow cake.
