2 lbs crab meat
1 yellow pepper (chopped)
1 red pepper (chopped)
1 egg
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp cilantro (optional)

Sauce:
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Horse Radish Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute peppers until soften. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except for peppers and cilantro. Once mixed, gently add peppers and cilantro. Form into patties and fry in sauce pan with oil - when done, put on paper towel to drain extra oil.

Serve with sauce made to your liking.
