1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (15 oz.) can Hormel Chili (no beans)
1 (12oz.) can Enchilada sauce
1 lb. Ground hamburger

Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Cut Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes. In a crock pot combine hamburger, cheese, chili, and sauce. Allow to cook on medium heat or until cheese is melted. Stir periodically.

This can be cooked on stove top for quick cooking, but works well in the crock pot.
